The products ordered and in stock on the order date will be shipped in approximately 10 working days from the date of receipt of payment. Products made to measure and / or special requests will be processed only after receipt of payment and therefore shipped in about 30 days from receipt of payment.

The choice of the courier used to return goods depends on you. F.A.I.R. suggests a trackable shipment with a tracking number. In any case, Fair will inform you as soon as it receives the return goods
The condition of the product will be checked once they are returned to the warehouse. The estimated refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the form and product.
