How to request a return

If you want to return goods, you should inform fair.it in writing. To accelerate the procedures, we suggest to fill in the form of the return goods request and to send it to to info@fair-store.com.

One the request has been received, fair.it will consider it and will send an answer with the instructions about the ways to execute the return. No returns will be accepted unless previously authorized in writing.

Requirements to get a replacement or refund

All returned products must retain the features they had at the time of purchase, therefore they must be in “like new” condition and ready to be resold. All original seals, labels, boxes or wrappings must be intact.  If not, the product will be considered “used” and it will be sent to the sender with a charge of shipping costs or it will be hold with a penalty that will vary from 60% to 80% of the sale price depending on the status of arrival of the product.
The refund will be made after receipt and verification of the integrity of the product. In any case, the shipping costs incurred for the purchase will not be returned.

Returned by change of mind

The right of return for change of mind is only possible on items that are not custom-made. Pursuant to art. 59 paragraph 1 letter. a) and c) of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005 subsequent amendments and additions, the right of withdrawal is in fact excluded as the complete execution of the service is immediate and the goods are made and customized according to the user’s needs.

Returned by default

Fair.it guarantees that the products and Services comply with what is described and with the contract: that they have the usual qualities and performances of goods and services of the same type and that they are suitable for the use for which they are used.

If the customer receives a damaged, defective or non-compliant product with the order placed, he has to write to the email address info@fair-store.com attaching a description of the defect and, if possible, a photograph of the product with details of the defect. The photographs provided by the customer will be compared with those taken from our warehouse before shipping and the product will be authorized for return (courier at Teamecommerce’s expense). Once returned, the product will be verified and a refund of all expenses will be authorized. In some cases (at the complete discretion of Teamecommerce) the defective product may be left with the customer and in any case refunded.
