How Require a Return
QUALITIES REQUIRED TO OBTAIN A SUBSTITUTION AND A REFUND
All products returned will be substantially intact and in a normal state of preservation,the same that you buy equal to the new one ready to be resold. They must all have original seals, labels, boxes or packaging. If not, the product will be considered “used/secondhand” and it will be sent to the sender with a charge of shipping costs or it will be hold with a penalty that will vary from 60% to 80% of the sale price depending on the arrival state of the product. The refund will be made after receipt and verification of the integrity of the product. In any case, the shipping costs incurred for the purchase will not be returned.
